AN 
ORDINANCE 

 

to abolish certain fees and cesses in the [7][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa].

 

            WHEREAS it is expedient to abolish certain fees and cesses in the  [8][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa], in the manner hereinafter appearing;

Preamble.

 

            AND WHEREAS the Governor of the [9][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action;

 

            NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 128 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, read with the Provisional Constitution Order, 1981 (C.M.L.A. Order No. 1 of 1981), the Governor of the [10][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:

 

1.         (1) This Ordinance may be called the [11][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Finance Ordinance, 1981.

Short title, extent and commencement.

 

            (2)  It shall extend to whole of the [12][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa].

 

(3)   It shall come into force on and from the 1st day of July, 1981.

 

2.         In the [13][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Finance Act. 1973 ([14][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Act XII of 1973), section 7 shall be omitted.

Amendment of [15][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Act XII of 1973.

 

3.         In the [16][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Finance Act, 1977 [17][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Act X of 1977), section 7 shall be omitted.

Amendment of [18][Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Act X of 1977.
